Our stay at Best Western Plus Plaza Hotel & Conference Center in Puyallup was fantastic. The hotel's ideal location near Washington State and the south hill area with plenty of shops and restaurants was convenient. We especially enjoyed relaxing at the nearby Red Robin Gourmet Burgers during our stay.

Check out was so easy, no standing in line to check out.

Very nice facility. House cleaning staff were very thorough and conscience of our belongings. Surprised by the hotel lobby and bar.

Chair right in front of door when walking in (I know it's kinda knit-picking). Also, $20/day for our dog. He's 9lbs. Seemed a little steep for him.

Loved our stay in a double room, especially the amazing large tub with jets - it made us feel right at home. 🛁

The hotel was first-class and made my stay enjoyable. The room had a 2-person jacuzzi tub for relaxation. The staff was outstandingly accommodating, courteous, and responsive to requests.

The service was fantastic with a convenient restaurant in the lobby, lovely building and rooms featuring a 2-person jacuzzi tub, and the entire staff was very courteous.

Quick check-in. Pet-friendly and well-appointed room with a huge tub. Keurig coffee maker plus extras like a shower clothes line. Enjoyed a savory and tasty breakfast with plenty of options. Convenient location, within walking distance to everything.

The beds were very comfortable and the selections of pillows was great. Liked having the Kureig Coffee maker in the room. Didn't really have time to use the pool and fitness facilities, but they look excellent.

The breakfast was ok. Nice selection, but the sausage had an awful taste. Would suggest a different brand.

However, the location of the hotel was convenient and relatively quiet compared to other hotels in the area. The pool and hot tub were clean and accessible.

The room was not properly cleaned and had a musty smell. There was also a stain on the carpet that had been attempted to be cleaned with bleach.

The in house bar and bistro was very nice. The people who work in the bistro were very attentive made the stay very nice.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful during our stay. They always greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome. The rooms were also very clean and well-maintained. We appreciated the amenities such as the hair dryer, iron, and safe in each room. Additionally, the hotel was located in a great spot, close to the South Hill Mall and with easy access to other areas of the city.

our room was quite small, especially the bathroom. It just felt cramped and didn't match up with the price we paid for it.

The rooms are large and comfy

The pool is small and shallow. Time limits and designated adult supervision and rules need enforcing against children splashing in the hot tub while adults are trying to relax.
